Thincs

Being curious, I sometime click on links on pages we link to if they look interesting. This was a find a couple of links from Cricket's link to Dr. Nally's sweetener page.
THINCS - The International Network of Cholesterol Skeptics The links there could keep me busy well into retirement.

When I was first diagnosed with diabetes, my doctor put me on statins, even though I told him my cholesterol had ALWAYS been over 200, even when I was 18 years old. Within 2 months, I was beyond miserable. Every muscle and join in my body hurt ALL OF THE TIME. I stopped taking it and told him, never again.

I do take Ultimate Omega Xtra by Nordic Naturals that I am liking.

My cardiologist had me switch from fish oil to krill oil. So far I think it has been a good move. I have an appointment Tuesday, we'll see what he has to say.

Nooooooo, don't tell me about another supplement! :vs_laugh:

I am smack dab in the middle of a supplement junkie phase.

@mbuster he has some really good videos (he does them live on Facebook).

You can find the archive of them on his site here:

I am currently listening to this one. (Why you must eat fat to burn fat.)

I started watching the one explaining cholesterol with leggo blocks. I got distracted and will have to go back and look at it again from the start.
