I will write something up soon regarding my transition into strict KETO. It definitely isn't for everyone, but it made a world of difference for me.

He was in the middle of explaining to me how he isn't a fan of KETO when the nurse walked in with the results of my A1C test.

He stopped talking and then said, "nevermind".
