I weigh myself only after a good night's sleep and an elimination. This is usually a few times a week maybe 2-4. These will be my lightest times so I use those as bench marks. I have lost over 40lbs in the last 4-1/2 months.

Daily, although I know that it depends on the time in my cycle whether or not I'll weigh a bit more or less than average. If I don't forget recording it, I just use it to watch trends, not a specific weight on any given day.

I weighed myself last week - it was one of those days where I felt like I had lost some weight - which is not good because I don't need to lose weight - turns out it must of been all in my head because I weighed the same as I did 3 months previous at 185 pounds. Just 3 pounds more than I used to weigh when I played football and hockey as a teen. I'm happy with that.

I don't pay any attention to my weight, and I don't weigh myself. I stabilized at 200 pounds 5-6 years ago, and it varies a little; but I have been that weight, no matter what.
