Those commercials and ads are so annoying. Diabetes is the new "thing" it seems. The pharmaceutical industry is raking in billions of dollars at our expense. Test more...buy more test strips. Take this...your numbers will go down. Of course don't listen to the possible side effects. Why should heart attacks or death bother you...it doesn't bother them. And I agree...the people in the commercials act so stupid. Such an insult to true diabetics. My only hope...that karma will give them a visit and soon.

After I started reading this thread last week I started noticing all these diabetes commercials. I guess I wasn't paying attention before.
