Vichris, thank you for the photos. I've been in NS for 9 years but I spent 35 years in western Canada. Hunting elk, ATV, pike, rainbow trout?, its all good stuff I did with friends and family. Many good times there.

Wow, everyone has fun hobbies. I like to write and make bracelets. If I ever get around to dusting off my saxophone, I'll add that to my list

And one more.....this isn't so much a hobby as a means to continue my hobbies..... Weight lifting.... or strength training. I've been doing this and posting in between sets today.

I've got my bench and weights in our sun-room which is really crowded right now. Most of the plants will go outside on our back covered patio as soon as things warm up a bit more.......

No problem.....I enjoy sharing my pics and interests...... and BTW that one pic in my first set is NOT a Northern pike. Its a tiger muskie. We have two lakes here in NM that they have planted tiger muskies into to control trash fish....ie goldfish and suckers......

Thank you, I remember my Dad talking about muskies but I really didn't know anything about them. I've ice fished for pike in Alberta, it is a great reason to get outdoors during the winter. My best year was 9 weekends in a row from new years into March.

I miss it but life changes when you move across the country. My son and I get out in all sorts of weather with the scouts. But sometimes our only bragging rights come from testing our hammock gear at -13C in the garage. LOL

sounds pathetic but its better than not doing anything.
