Can Heavy Metal in Foods, Cosmetics Spur Breast Cancer Spread? - Yahoo! News

Cadmium mimics estrogen. Cadmium is in grain ... hmmmm .... whoa!

Also mentions vegetables, but not which ones ... and note how grains of course do not make the list of things to avoid ...

Since I am already quite concerned about estrogen-like compounds, I'm avoiding plastics (not just BPA), soy and animal products with hormones. Sounds like I should add non-organic vegetables to the list...

I don't eat grains so at least I've got that covered too!

And I paint with some lovely colors like Cadmium Red, yellow, etc. Guess I'd better be even more careful with them...altho' I know that they can be a health hazard!

Just don't pull a "Van Gogh" and put your brush in your mouth to shape it!

I'd love to paint a Van Gogh, but not eat it as he apparently did!

No danger of either...
