Aww VeeJay, I second the motion to what others said. You have really inspired me to become healthier. I'm sorry you are going through this. I've had shoulder pain before and it sucks! Mine was related to my cervical spinal stenosis.

I find that sometimes, you just need to take a few days for yourself to feel blah, and that's ok.

I hope you start to feel better. We are here for you.

For sure. I have done just that. After the last PT session I had extreme pain and didn't sleep much for a couple nights. I stopped doing home therapy for a day and a half, and then started up again slowly. Skipped the next PT session, took another day off (day before yesterday) and am back up to my usual level of exercise. Am sleeping much better too because I'm no in so much pain. I have PT again tomorrow and will not overdo it. I'm thinking more long-term now and if it takes a bit longer to reach potential, then so be it. I'll get there in the end.

Sorry to hear what you are going through. I know it's painful. My granny had the kind of osteo that turned your bones into "swiss cheese". It got really bad.

I feel for you. At least you keep going forward! As long as you keep working on it and going forward, a little "down" time is perfectly acceptable. We all get that way once in a while. You just have to remember to get back up and start kicking fates behind again.
