Default Back from the holidays

Hey all,
I've been away for almost 2 months due to the holidays. It's just a really busy time for me as I'm sure it is for everyone.

On 11/19 I had a Dr appt, my Dr wants me below 7 A1c. My new number is 6.9 so that's a win for me! My Dr was thrilled and no change of meds. My morning BS have also much improved. I'ved added Berberine 1200MG, 3 times a day since Nov 3rd and I feel like it has helped bring my BS levels down. I take it before breakfast, after dinner and before bedtime. Things have been going well and I'm thrilled.

My New years resolution is: Keep my blood sugars down, stay on my way of eating which is following the Atkin's diet and a personal goal outside of my health, although could affect my health, is to show patience and be upbeat in general. Eliminate as much negativity as possible. POSSITIVITY!

I hope everyone had a great holiday season!

Improvements are good!!!! Glad to hear the berberine is workout out for you. It does help a lot. I am taking Black Cumin Seed. I take it for a few months and then switch to Berberine. I haven't had an A1C done for quite some time but my last one was 5.8.
