Many times here we've lamented on how far behind the times our doctors seem to be, how we have to educate them about the newest studies, how we sometimes just smile and nod at what we consider to be outmoded advice from medical professionals.

The quote above was pulled from this article on why this is the case. I didn't put it in Diabetes Treatment because it does not relate primarily to diabetes but it struck me that the meat of it is exactly the same. I don't know about others, but it often makes me feel better to know I'm not the only one seeing behavior that just doesn't make a lot of sense.

Now with less sugar!
