These days my idea of playing is sitting in a lawn chair waiting for a fish to bite my drowning worm.

I looked at my calendar, I was diagnosed just over a month before I joined here, May 29. Iím very happy with this and still being around 70 pounds overweight Iím still feeling so much better.

Man if I were to get down to my fighting weight again, 170. Yes that seems tiny, but I was all twisted steel and sex appeal back then.

Had a good day yesterday. A little fasting just because of lack of appetite, had a small chicken quesadilla when I got home from work, couple hours later i checked my bg before I pigged out on some sautťed chicken, green beans and Brussels sprouts...
Checked again an hour later, because my wife busts out some chocolate muffins. What? She said ďtheyíre sugar free!Ē
Screw it. I ate two. Checked my bg again before bed about two hours later.
I never went over 104, and woke up with 105 this morning.

The scale at the diabetes clinic also said I was at 247.
That would mean a 5 pound loss in 9 days, IF it were the same scale. Iím sure the three scales are not perfectly in sync with each other.
