Looks to be a moderate LC diet ... gluten free, too!

Good PR for the way of eating ... it is a start.

Pity he did the bypass thing before the low carb thing, hopefully he'll be able to process enough nutrients to stay healthy.

Well, if he ever becomes diabetic, I guess he might have to rethink the protein part, eh? Hmmmm . . .
