It would be a boon to so many patients who agonize over the poking . . . really having to psyche up to get 'er done.

It isn't lost on me what a blessing I have that my fingers don't hurt, don't bruise, don't bleed excessively. Mebbe it's all the years in the kitchen getting poked, sliced, diced, burned . . . cuz I can remember as a young person being bummed if I got a paper cut! Good grief!

Hmm; I vaguely remember the diabetes educators in my diabetes education class mentioning this technology. And that they expected it to be available in about 5 to 10 years.
(That was Feb 2009.)

I wonder how long it will take to combined this technology with Continuous Glucose Monitoring System (CGMS) ?
