Very interesting. And confirms how devastating high-carb and sugar is to a person's body - and in this case, the brain.

I am reminded of some people's posts in a gluten-free forum about how eliminating gluten cleared up their brain-fog, and improved mental-health issues. Gluten, as well as sugar/carbs, does no one any favors. For myself, my depression and blue-moods greatly improved after being gluten-free (and still eating carbs).
