Default How long have you been on LCHF?

Just out of curiosity I would like to know how long have you been on LCHF? And have you had any problems with that?
I've been on LCHF for almost 1 year( since march2015) and I had no problems so far.

Since August 2010 - call it 5 and a half years. Would not even consider going back to a sad diet.

Started on May 1 of last year.....and it has been a God Send! My last A1c in July, was 5.8! I go back this month to get my next check...hoping I am still in the 5% club!

On top of that and all my other good blood work....my weight has dropped by 50lbs...going from 320 to 270! Another 50 and I will be a happy camper! But will take longer and require improved eating and exercise...I can do this!!

Four years with great results. Like John, I'd never go back to the SAD. Never!

Graou...thanks for the nice comments....I see you were at 5.6 on your A1c when you set up on this site...has that changed? Regardless, you already know how well this LCHF works on controlling diabetes....

Tell us your story. What challenges have you had, what's working and not working for you....? Sharing our experience is how we all learn from others both what to try and what not to try....its all good
