Thumbs up A forgotten love affair!

There is something SO wonderful when you discover that a favorite food of the past is totally OK!!!!!!!!!

For me it was the stuff I used to put between two slices of bread - but now, I can just fork it, as is!!!!!

Albacore tuna
Best Foods Mayo
Raw diced onion
cubed dill pickle

OMG!!!!!!!!! Only carbs are in the onion and pickle, and those are miniscule. I do use True Lemon to sprinkle over the top. That product is easier to keep on hand than fresh lemons.

Heading to the kitchen to make another batch!!!!!!!!

Vitals from Vicki

Tuna salad is one of my favorite lunches. When I ate it as a sandwich one small 6oz can made two generous sandwiches. Now I make the salad and put all of it on some lettuce or spinach and basically eat the whole can for a nice lunch.
It's yummy with chopped hard boiled egg mixed with it too.

I eat tuna salad a few times a week. A few nights ago I ate for dinner with some large romaine lettuce leaves as wraps. Was wonderful!
