Anybody feel adventuresome? It getting close to that time of year and no one ever reported back on this, so I'm giving it a bump. The link is still good, but you have to search cranberry sauce when you get there.

I think this is out of my comfort zone for carb count. looking at this quickly it seems its more than 20g per serving and that will not work for me. I know I can have a smaller portion but I have NO willpower and this was one of my favorite things to eat (before diabetes diagnosis) so if left alone I would eat all of this in one sitting and make more

If anyone has the available carbs or the willpower to have a smaller portion I would LOVE to know how it is and I can live vicariously through you!

I did make some cranberry sauce a few years ago - may have been this recipe for all I remember. Too much work for me, though.

I now use Walden Farm's Cranberry Sauce and Fruit Spread. Zero calories. Zero carbs. Almost like the canned cranberry gel. Works for me with no effort on my part.
