Default What to do with leftover sharitaki noodles?

I had about a 1/2 cup of prepared sharitake noodles left in the fridge. I also had some shredded cabbage so what do I make with that? I did a remake of that good asian salad that uses shredded cabbage and ramen noodles.

Instead of ramen noodles, I mixed the sharitaki spaghetti noodles with cabbage. I then mixed some peanut oil, splenda, braggs amino's (like soy sauce) and rice vinegar. I tasted until the balance between the splenda, braggs and vinegar was right. I stirred it into the cabbage and noodles and generously sprinkled toasted sesame seeds into it. It was really good...it tasted like the traditional higher carb salad. For crunch I could have added some toasted almonds but I didn't want to spend the time doing it.

I will have to remember this, it was good.
