Well that looks good.

I did something similar to this but used Erythritol to sweeten. It turn to crackle on the tray, which wasn't to bad in its self. Rolled some peanuts in it as well before it cooled.

That look yummy!!

Oh boy, I just lost a half hour poking around the site! Interesting! Have you used their keto calculator? You have to register to look at it.

This was super easy and TASTES JUST LIKE CARAMEL! *YUM* Though the snack size she recommends: 12g cream 12g butter, 3g truvia makes much too small an amount. It's good enough to get a feel for it you like it, but now I'm off to make a much bigger batch.

I don't believe the calculator (ketocalculator.com) you found on her site is hers. It looks to be a site for healthcare professionals to assist when prescribing a ketogenic diet to epileptic children. Or maybe I am misunderstanding...

I couldn't resist making a larger batch and now ... I have way too much. An issue I have NEVER had with dessert! It tastes great but is so satiating that I honestly don't want more than a few spoonfuls.

Thanks for the great recipe find!
