I really missed coleslaw, so I roughly follow this recipe. I don't use that much splenda. It is really pretty good if you like this style coleslaw.

Sugar Free KFC style Coleslaw


1 package finely shredded cabbage or 1 head
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup splenda
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup buttermilk
2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons minced onion


Be sure cabbage is chopped up into very fine pieces (about the size of rice).
Combine the mayonnaise, splenda, milk, buttermilk, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a large bowl and beat until smooth.
Add the cabbage and onion, and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.

Too many carbs for me Bman. Mine has less carbs and tastes good

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice--I use the bottled
1 teaspoon sweetner
1 teaspoon coarse salt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 small onion, grated or tablespoon minced onion flakes

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate until ready to use

My dressing mix is 1/2 mayo 1/2 greek yoghurt, couple tbsp lemon juice. Seasonings. Perfect!
I'm British and we don't tend to sweeten things as much as the Americans so no need for Splenda :-) xx
