Default Eggs Benedict

I just found this recipe and it's simple, good and perfect for the season...

Paleo Eggs Benedict Recipe

English muffin recipe is a hot button on that page.

Enjoy!

I foresee a sourdough English muffin in my future to put these poached eggs on.

This thread catapulted me right into eggs bennie for my supper, and all I had to do was toast a slice of MCS' yeast rolls/bread, add ham & egg plus about half a cup of hollandaise - I was home free.

Never thought of using dill with hollandaise, and I do like dill - just a little afraid of mixing it up with the hollandaise. That stuff is like nectar of the gods! I think I could drink it from a cup!

Yeah, I still prefer lemon myself, but it's a good idea!

Didn't you already do an English muffin recipe Marty? I'll have to go through my files... I remember trying to find rings/cans a suitable size to make them....

I made these muffins the other night and they were great, though I'm going to add a little salt next time.

In fact, we're having kosher dogs for dinner tonight and I'm going to use this recipe to make hotdog buns. I think they'll be good. I'll let you know.

I wonder if adding Brewer's Yeast Flakes would give it a bit of a sourdough/yeasty taste?? And salt for sure.

What are brewers yeast flakes? I'll look it up, but I bet it would if it's similar to yeast. I wonder if a sub of a bit of yogurt would also add that flavor to it? If you give it a try let us know the result.
