CO is coconut oil
Erythritol is a sweetener. I can't find it locally. I have to order it.
Splenda syrup is something like DaVinci or Toriani. The DaVinci I can get at WalMart in several different flavors.

I can't use Agave syrup. Too high in carbs for me.

I was taken in too, by the agave marketing campaign years ago, but agave syrup or nectar is nothing more than sugar from an agave plant instead of cane or beets. It isn't even natural, as so often touted; it's been refined just as much as that good ol' traditional white corn syrup.

So this recipe requires you to use one sweetener and vanilla OR two sweeteners and no vanilla?

Is there a special kind of peanut butter one should use also?

Yes, two sweeteners, the erythritol, and also a splenda syrup that is vanilla flavored (or any other flavor of your choice). Erythritol works best when used with another sweetener or even two others . . . at least that's my opinion. OWC uses erythritol, saccharin and stevia all three, in his coffee.

I'm with OWC! - if you substitute liquid splenda for saccharin. That trio is golden to me.

Ok now I want these desperately. Hope I can find some PB and CO and ???
Lol had to read the whole thread to figure out the recipe. I am a boring grey accountant and scary in the kitchen even if I do enjoy it.
