This is very good. I found the recipe at Low Carb Friends, posted by realityjunkee.
1 lb ground beef
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
3 tablespoons chili powder
1 can Rotel tomatoes and green chilis
Brown ground beef with pepper and onion. Add chili powder, mix well. Stir in the Rotel, add water if needed for consistency. Salt to taste. Simmer as long as you can stand it. Can add some black soy beans, if desired.
