Had another idea on the way home from work. Hunger for a particular food seems to drive my ideas.
I browned about 1.5 pounds of hamburger, added a small amount of minced onion, garlic and peppers to it.
I then added a small bag of Spinach and half a bag of Coleslaw shreds covered with a lid until the greens were sweated down. Added a jar of low carb sauce, 3/4 cup of Ricotta cheese. 8 oz bag of Mozzarella chesse shreds and combined it all together. Spread this out in a greased baking dish and topped with Parmesan cheese shreds, baked at 450 til golden brown and crispy on top.
I could barely stop eating it.
Sounds very very very good. Sending to BH (as I do with most of the recipes).
Can you come up with one for me that has that 'can't get enough but I better stop now so I don't get BG too low'?
