Okay, as promised, I made these yesterday. They had some major technical flaws, but the flavor was amazing! What ratio of flax seeds to cheese are you guys using? Mine just fell apart....too many flax seeds I'm guessing. SO good though.
I used parmigiano regianno & flax seeds (equal parts, which was my technical problem), CAYENNE!, garlic & onion powder, and black pepper.

I make mine using sliced cheese, and I just sprinkle a few seeds on top. My favorite is jalapeņo cheese, like pepper jack.

Thanks, Shanny. I bought some pepper jack today, so I'll cook some of these up tomorrow....and you know I'll be making guacamole!

I know, I know... this post is ancient! But for those like me that are newer around the forums... omg, YUM. Had this for the first time tonight (just Sargento 4 cheese mexican, nothing added), and I'm hooked =D
Thanks Shanny
