Default Fat bomb ideas

I have been really into fat bombs lately and have been eating them every day (sometimes for breakfast, mostly after dinner for dessert). I made them after first being diagnosed but then didn't have them for a long, long time (no specific reason). I have recently revisited them and am loving it. They're so ideal for increasing fats and they're helping me decrease hunger, lose weight, and lower my blood sugar.

I have been searching endlessly online for fat bomb ideas that don't have chocolate. I just haven't been in a chocolate mood lately at all. I have made the fat bomb recipes in the recipes section that don't have chocolate (Gizmo's lemon is my favorite). Does anyone else make fat bombs that aren't chocolate? I'd love to hear ideas of what you put together, if you do. In the meantime, I will keep searching online for ideas also. Thanks!

Okay. There are the 3 amigos (CO, butter and peanut butter), blended together and sweetened, variant = almond butter. AND / OR add chocolate or cocoa, and vanilla ...

There are the 2 oz cream cheese - plus (? Pick yours) kind.

There is caramelized butter + cream recipe (see recipes) ...

Thanks, I've been trying to think of different things I can do with it to get some variety. I haven't tried the caramelized butter yet, maybe I will try that one today. I did see it in the recipes. I am thinking of ways I can add to the others, too. Thanks!

-- Do you keep yours in the fridge or freezer? Which do you find works better?

Awesome. I am totally thinking of all different combinations in my head, now. We even have a spare compartment in the freezer that's empty and just screaming to be filled with fat bombs.

Cream cheese flattened on a plate. Place on top some Walden Farms fruit spreads (scooped out of the jar with a spoon to be somewhat flat). Eat with a spoon. (sort of like a fruit-topped cheesecake)

Thanks VJ. I will check out the fruit spreads but may not be able to use them if they have real fruit in them. I am really sensitive to spikes from most fruits. We do have a WF section at our store though, so I will check it out.

Yeah when we fat-fast, my husband likes his with coffee -- 1/2 the cream of a FF meal = 2 TBS + 1 FB (1 TBS volume)!
