I don't know of a caramel fat bomb recipe, but I use caramel flavor Duncan Hines Frosting Creations Flavor Mix. They are sold by the single, very tiny packet and you are supposed to stir a packet into a can of Duncan Hines frosting starter. Of course I don't do that, I use it to make caramel cream cheese frosting, which tastes awesome. The packets have a very good caramel flavor. Maybe you or someone else could come up with a fat bomb recipe using a packet of this.

The info. below isn't per serving, it is per packet.

10 calories, 2 total carbs and 1g sugar.

Ingredients: natural and artificial flavor, colors, and dextrose (Which is also an ingredient in powdered Splenda.). It says 'Also contains soy.'

I make a caramelized fat bomb.

Ratio 1:1

Unsalted butter
HWC
Sweetener to taste

Melt the butter in a pan and keep stirring. You have to watch it like a mother watching it's child because you want the butter to caramelize but not burn. Once it's a lovely golden colour, add the HWC and stir until the mixture is a lovely light brown/beige. Add sweetener. I freeze mine in candy silcone trays.

You could try salted butter for 'salted caramel' but i haven't tried it myself.

I've been a huge fan of Toriani's salted caramel (sugarfree,uses Splenda). I add it to coffee, and sometimes just to HWC.

I made this and it is wonderful. I used a tbsp of Torani Sugarfree Classic Caramel with it as the sweetener.
