I went to her website then signed up for my fitness pal and input what she said her goals were which were 75% fat, 15% protein and 5% carbs. I put in those but they don't add up to 100%. So should I do 20% protein or what?

LOL but truth be told, my husband's family used to eat clay when they lived in Central Mexico. They also do it in the southern US.

Thanks for the link. Yes, some very interesting recipes. I'm tempted by the KetoCoco Bars (chocolate covered coconut)

Depends on your meter. You may not see it for a while, but excess protein will bump up your numbers. Good protein goals (from my reading) are about 1g per kilo of bodyweight. I'm not sure if thats "desired" or actual bodyweight, however. And from there you can figure out what percentage works for you. But you can always do 80% fat.

Absolutely increase the fats percentage . . . higher protein can mess up your blood sugar because excess protein can convert to glucose - or rather glycogen - which can convert to glucose later on when you least expect it. If LCHF is working for you, always err on the side of fats - more fats can't hurt us. More of anything else can definitely screw up the formula!
