I thought I recall it weighing out to almost a cup. Since this cracker recipe is rather flexible, I think anything close (scant cup or 3/4?) would be fine.

My crackers are in the oven. The stuff just arrived yesterday. Those Psyllium hulls really do the trick. When I added the 2 cps of water I thought I had to have left something out. Man Please !!! LOL 5 min. later and what a difference.

I could not get a very even spread. It went from thick to thin. I really think they are going to be great...

Well I didn't get the results I was hopping for. I opened the oven after 30 mins and the crackers were burning. My oven must cook hot. I did save some out of the middle and they are good. I'll do better next time.

bugg I used a piece of baking paper between my hand and the umm dough...it made it much easier to squish it

I also made mine in muffin top tins lol...

And...I um cokked them a bit hotter...then dried them in the oven on a rack so they got more even heat all around...and when I stored them I put paper towel between layers to keep them dry

The crackers stuck to the paper and broke up when I removed them. My baking pans were not the same size and I had to place one over the other. The one on the bottom burned around the edges. I had to order more sesame seeds and there not in yet.

d3 I will try pressing them between paper ... Great idea..!!

Thanks optimist for a great recipe... I will get it right... maybe. Hea!

bugg finely learned to post pics...

I've found that baking at 300-310 F works best for me. I made them today - one cookie sheet they were a little thicker (those are the crackers on the left that are lighter), and I do as Deena does, put a parchment paper on top as well to spread/squish it with my hands.

After about 30 minutes I check and if they're dry enough, I peel the parchment off the bottom and turn over, maybe breaking into a few pieces, and bake another 30 or so - rough guess.

I put the oven racks very close together, right on top of one another, then slide one cookie sheet in on one side leading with the narrow end, another on the other side right below so there's no overlap and almost like they're baking on the same rack. Does this make sense? I should've made an ascii drawing
