Default A Pie for Sam

Sam is my nearly-nine total foodie son!

2 c ground walnuts, 6 TBS butter. Melt butter in pie pan in microwave and distribute ground walnuts and butter evenly.

1 can coconut cream (hi-test, no sugar) I used Savoy Brand
4 eggs
2 squares baker's chocolate
1 c Z sweet or erythritol or what-have you (I am figuring 1 c sugar equivalent)
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp orange extract
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Melt chocolate in mix bowl and stir in coconut cream. Add rest of ingredients, and mix with beaters or however you prefer (blender or food processor). Bake at 350 until done I will let you know how it comes out! Serve with, of course whipped cream on top.

I'm confused. Does the recipe call for walnuts or almonds or both? It sounds delicious though.

Thanks for clarifying that, it wasn't dippy - just proves you had lots on your mind. Merry Christmas btw
