Low Carb Lasagna!
I made this last weekend and it was good...really good! I spiced it up a bit more than called for, but the noodles were the greatest thing I learned from it.
For the “Noodles”
4 oz. Cream Cheese – Softened
¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese – Grated
1 ¼ Cup Mozzarella Cheese – Shredded
1/4 tsp. Italian Seasoning
1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp. Onion Powder
You spread it in a 9x12 pan and bake it at 325 and cool it and then cut it into 3 noodles and then treat it as regular noodles in lasagna as always.
