Looks good, but little. A large is 7"?

Now I'm wanting BH to fix me another cream cheese crust pizza.

I can't see an ingredients list for the Real Goods Food pizza? I would like to know what the crust is made of?

My daughter and I both love Cauliflower crust pizza. I have made it twice now. Look for the recipes on youtube. I usually triple all the ingredients so I can make a larger pie that will last us two days.

It is a chicken crust of some sort. I tried to like it, but it was just ok. We put extra spices on the last one and followed the directions for a crispier crust. It was a little better.
It is small and half of it is considered a serving. I can't see eating only half of a tiny pizza. I ate the whole thing.

I know someone who tried the Realgood pizza a couple of times. She liked it well enough. No one is going to confuse it for a "real" pizza but if it's that or nothing it fills the bill (and the belly).

We've tried the cauliflower-crust pizza a few times. It, too, isn't exactly a slice of a New York City pie. And I'd like to tweak the recipe so the piece can be handheld. But it's tasty and scratches my pizza itch.

Arrow The best cauliflower crust pizza!

I wanted to comment to this post earlier with this stuff but I was under 5 posts, but here we go now. This is a Cauliflower crust pizza that I have made a couple of times and it is great. I triple the original recipe so we have enough pizza for the second day as this thing is labor intensive, but Oh So Good!

This follows this guys recipe which I think is indeed the best and Chef Buck has the coolest video describing the procedure:

Emma, cheese is not harmful for a diabetic. (Why do you think it?)

A type 1 diabetic can eat a typical pizza, but a type 2 diabetic shouldn't eat pizza. The crust, and maybe the sauce, usually contains a lot more carbohydrates than a type 2 can handle. A type 1 can compensate somewhat compensate with bolus insulin.

Many of us can get away with just eat the topping off the pizza and not have our BG go into outerspace. There are pizzas that you can make that have a very low carb crust (crust made of combinations of cheeses, cauliflower, pork rinds, etc) that are diabetic friendly.
