Talking Fat bomb recipes

I see a recipes for lemon fat bombs on here last night, ( sorry I have read so much I'm not sure who posted it.) it inspired me, so today I made them. Oh my Goodness, they are wonderful, I can not thank who ever posted them enough.
So me being more of a cocnut gal, then lemon, and having the ingredients on hand, I made chocolate coconut fat bombs, coconut fat bombs, and the lemon fat bombs, then I made the lemon fat bombs without the lemon and added coconut. Yes the lemon are better, but Thanks be to GOD, no more trying to swallow spoonfuls of coconut oil, before bed! Now it either tastes like lemon, or smells like coconut. And does anyone mind telling how you figure the fats, carbs, and calories in this fat bombs? I added everything together and divided by the number of pieces I got.

if you like coconut ... try this

2 tbls of butter melted
2 tbls of almond flour
2 tbls of unsweetened shredded coconut (bobs red mill)
2 tbls of cocoa
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1 tbls of favorite sweetener (stevia?)
1 egg

Get a mug and melt the butter 30 seconds in microwave
Put in the rest of the ingredients and mix well

microwave 1 minute.

take out and remove from mug (if you want) and cut into slices (I get 4 slices). I put butter or sour cream or cream cheese on them...

absolutely incredible. it tastes like a chocolate macaroon.

I can't wait to try these. Where is the love button. I wonder if flax seed meal would work? I have not invested in almond flour yet? I do have some almonds I could run through the food processor. I found organic, unsweetened coconut flakes, with 0 carbs.

As y'all know I love coconut, but I also love almonds, black walnuts, hickory nut, I have not met a nut I didn't like So today's fat bombs included more lemon bombs and you guessed it... Coconut and almond bombs
I creamed 1 cup of coconut, unsweetened
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
8 teaspoons of almond meal ( just almonds ground in the food processor' still chunky ❤️)
4 teaspoons of flax seed
And cocnut extract.
This made about 11 tablespoons full
And if I figured right, this is the nutrient vaules
Cal 88.74
Fats 8.41
Carb 2.54 ( 1.21 after fiber)
Fiber 1.33
And protein 1.95
I plan to add more almonds and English walnuts next time.

Just made this, and there is a big grin on my face, substituted almond flour for coconut flour as that is all I had. I am thinking maybe a touch of vanilla next time, but glory be to God, thank you for this recipe.
@hftmrock, by the way, what do you call this recipe? Thanks again!
