Default Pizza

I found the solution to my morning egg problem. Cheese pizza.
I only have cast iron cookware, so this is upper simple for me. And hope y'all don't mind if I brag about my CI a little.
I take my 150+ year old 7 " griddle add some grease/oil ( what every you like. Add about 3 ounces of cheese to the grease, in an even circle. Then add black olives, pepperoni, basil, oregano, garlic, and fry until the chees becomes crunchy, but not burnt. Let cool a little and you have pizza. You can add onions, peppers, sausage, ham, what ever topping you like

I love naan, but haven't eaten it since I was dx'ed. It's quite high in carbs - unless you're referring to some alternative way of making it?

I found a couple of LCHF versions of it.

Sorry, I posted the same link twice. I fixed it, adding the correct second link. It actually sounds really good.

I had seen the myheartbeets one, and it's paleo but not low-carb. If it was I'd be all over it. She's wonderful - I've made a number of Indian dishes from her site, including the scrumptious butter chicken in the Instant Pot.

Unfortunately, a cup of arrowroot flour is 113 carbs - the tapioca slightly less at about 90
