Looks sorta like one of those granola bars with peanuts, a few pieces of dried fruit & hemp seeds. I found it at "Trader Joe's." It's not as tasty as other bars; has a "grassy" taste I don't like. They were high in fiber, low in carbs & I just got one box to try it.

Have you tried the Atkins bars? They're delicious.

I looked up the Trader Joe's hemp bars. They have 11 carbs and 1 fiber. That's not bad, but if they don't taste good, there are other bars.

Yes, they do have better-tasting bars. (I just went shopping there & picked up a few). These numbers are taken from the labels:
"Chia Bars" 14 g. carbs, 3 gms fiber
"Simply Nutty" 14 g. carbs, 7 gms fiber
"Fiberful Granola Bars" 20 g. carbs, 9 gms fiber.

FWIW, I've read that Chia Seeds are high in "Soluble Fiber," which is especially good for diabetes, since it's the type of fiber our system uses to get rid of excess anything - cholesterol, hormones, toxins, etc.
Chia seeds aren't very tasty, but in these bars, they're Ok because of the other ingredients.

I just read something interesting about the "Fiberful Granola Bars:"
The first ingredient is "Oligofructose," something I've never heard of. I was concerned that it might be a type of sugar, since it ends in "ose." I wanted to find out what it is: Looks like it's a non-digestible fiber; that explains how each bar has 9 gms fiber:
Oligofructose is a subgroup of the fiber known as Inulin. It is also known as fructooligosaccharide. Oligofructose is an insoluble fiber that is not digested in the upper gastrointestinal tract so we do not get any calories from it. Because it is still intact when it reaches the last region of your digestive tract, it is able to feed the host of microbes that live in your colon and large intestines.
