I'm not a vegetarian but visiting family next month are. [not vegans--they love fish]

In past years, this has been no problem but a lot of their past choices will be terrible for me. [lots of bread, pasta, tree fruit, potatoes, etc]

I'm not asking for recipes but just possible LCHF ideas to serve vegetarians.

Broccoli with melted butter, broccoli with real cheese sauce, faux mashed potatoes (using cauliflower), baked spaghetti squash, salads, cheesy zuchini or squash or egg plant au gratin, you start searching for low carb or keto casseroles and such and it brings up way more things than you can believe were possible.

mbuster provided a really good list. You also could make a side dish of greens (like collards or turnip greens) or grill vegetables (even romaine, cut in half and grilled, is fun and different) (you can roast most veggies in the oven if a grill is not available).

For dessert, berries and cream (with some artificial sweetener if they're used to that much sweetness).
