Exclamation Kidneys albumin/ creatinine levels

Okay so I got my test back and I`m slightly worried.

My A/C level is okay it says here it`s 12,1 mg/g, but I`m worried about albumin and creatinine levels. I have to add I got my period so I don`t know if this changes anything.
So albumin is 42,6 mg/L
and creatinine 352,4 mg/ dL

I` ve read it`s way too much or maybe I`m just paranoid. Can anyone tell me is something is wrong with my kidneys? I heard that A/C is the most important one out of those 3, but I don`t know anymore...
