Default Diabetes symptom but normal blood sugar

This thing is really complicated,
I am 19 yo/male, 165cm, 56kg
I have family history of diabetes t2 (from mother) and hypertension (from father)
my mother (48 yo) is still undiagnosed and her blood sugar after meal is normal about 110

Since March until now I have symptom like
- Itchy skin (when I excercise, it will become worsen)

I feel very bad at 7 August when I felt shortness of breath, shaky and my bp is 140 with fast heart rate 99. my back of the neck felt heavy.
I hardly sleep at that time and wake up with high heart rate. My feet and hand were cold even my country's weather is hot. In addition, I can hear my heart rate on my left ear since that day until now.

My father has high blood pressure but with heart rate lower than me. His bp is about 150 with heart rate 70.

At that time, I go to bathroom frequently (10-18 times/day). That's why I checked my fasting blood sugar and it was 84.

After one week, I felt better (frequent urination decreased, heavy neck go away, and bp decreased to 120). However I still felt that my body is not 100% healthy. I can hear my heart rate at my left ear.

After two weeks, my body became worsen again. Frequent urination smited again and my hand and feet became cold again.

I do exercise more and my bp gradually become normal again, cold feet gone away. But heart rate sound at my left ear still yelling. I still urinate more often. The doctor said that my blood sugar is normal too. I have done urine test and all test was negative.

My blood sugar test
FBG (11 August): 84
FBG (28 August): 94
Post-meal (7 September): 130

I have been exercising for about 1 months, 3 times cardio a week
I decrease carb too and increase more vegetables
but until now, the symptom that I feel are
frequent urination and drinking, itchy and dry skin. I just dont feel 100% healthy.

Sometimes I felt depressed and deteriorate, sometimes I felt okay.

Could it be diabetes or other disease?

Your one post meal figure suggests some degree of carbohydrate intolerance but one isolated reading without knowing what your pre-meal figure was and what your meal looked like is virtually worthless.

Your other symptoms suggest Urinary Tract issues more than they diabetes but the forum is neither qualified, nor permitted to try and second guess your doctor. I suggest you discuss the matter with him again drawing attention to your frequent urination.

About hearing your pulse--had any earaches or sinus problems lately.? That's when I hear mine. (Has nothing to do with diabetes.)

I do not know about earache or sinus problem
I hear my pulse usually before and after sleep (condition when sound
My heart rate is still normal between 70-100 but it's higher than usual
Sometimes, I hardly to sleep because of high heart rate
and I always wake up earlier than before
there is nothing to do with UTI because the test is negative and I dont feel pain when urinate
There is only two possible disease I think, beginning of diabetes or maybe thyroid disease?
I am not taking any medication and just eat with decreased carb and doing cardio 3 times a week for 30 min

Yeah, unfornately I had both. I heard heartbeat in my ears to, but I thought that was high blood pressure. I had RAI surgery and I haven't notice the heartbeats. If you do have hyperthyroidism, you have greater chance of having heart problems.

right now my bp is 110 with heart rate 80
the doctor said everything is okay
he said that it's very rare to have kind of diabetes at my age, except for type 1. but i have type 2 genetic
my blood sugar however near the pre-diabetes score
fbg 94 near 100 and post meal 2h 130 near 140
i've read on bloodsugar101 that ideal for fbg <90 (research for fbg >90 will increase chance of diabetes in the future) and post meal 2h <120
is it okay for me to do cardio 30min jogging 3 times a week? or i must do it 5 times a week for a better result
i am skinny however, too much cardio can make me skinnier

MRR has your Dr. checked your electrolyte levels, magnesium, calcium, sodium, potassium?

Because you are young and skinny, I think your doctor should test you for GAD autoimmune antibodies and c-peptide - you would be wise to insist upon it. Being so thin and so young are strong signals that you are NOT type 2, and that you could be type 1 or 1.5 (LADA).

I suggest you check your BG level at one hour after eating (first bite). This is the time you are most likely to catch the highest BG level.

I think you are very wise to eat low carb and test what happens.

Can you do jog cardio three days a week and walk or do other milder exercise on other days? Where insulin resistance is concerned, the idea is to keep moving (even gently).

Also, I do not know what your doctor would say - if you capture 1 hour BG levels and they are high, maybe he will be more likely to give the GAD autoimmune antibodies and c-peptide tests.

I do not know much about the thyroid. Did the doctor do any kind of thyroid test on you?
