I take krill oil made by Now, they give the outside a faint vanilla smell and I've never had issues with tasting anything fishy.

I was really low energy for the past year due to a combo of hypothyroidism and high blood sugar. I also seemed short of breath when I hadn't been before. I even went to a respirologist to check out my lungs. The conclusion? After a year of being too tired to do much, I'm out of shape. The same thing probably happened to you! We've gotta get active again, slowly maybe, but I think it will help.

I agree with silvertiger. Sometimes I feel very fatigued when I am not getting any exercise. I just have to make myself do SOMETHING. At first it is hard, but as I keep going, I actually feel better.
Start slow - like a walk around the block. If you do too much at first, you will never want to exercise again!

I get fishy burps regardless, but I take mine right before bed, so it doesn't affect me much. I have bad reflux issues (from all the bloody meds!), so I'd rather sleep through whatever it causes

I actually split my doses of fish oil up since I am currently taking 3 grams worth...that is 6 gel capsules. I take three in the AM and three in the PM, so breakfast and dinner. My cardio doc wants me to work my way up to 4 grams of fish oil a day, so I will probably add the other 2 capsules at lunch time. I just upped my intake to 3 grams over the past month or so, and I have to do it slowly to give my system time to adjust. Otherwise too much is NOT a good thing and I'll end up spending my time in the "reading" room (if you catch my drift here). I do get a bit of a fishy burp sometimes, but I heard if I keep the pills in the frig it helps eliminate that. However, the fishy burps don't really bother me, so I'm okay with it.
