I'm pretty sure that the coffee + waaaay too much cream combo is sacred and protects against all sorts of illnesses.

macksvicky, div2live and Cricket like this.

Kazz, I , too, have been plagued with fatigue and leg cramps for the last few months. My doctor suggested trying more Vitamin D (prescription capsules). It seems to work but wears off. I also upped my water drinking, drink club soda (diet) with quinine, and changed my exercise routine. The leg cramps have eased off but I still get rather fatigued. Please post again if you get better. I need more ideas ?) Thanks.

Hi JT I had suggested to me by other members that it could be electrolytes so I have been adding more salt to my food. I also put one teaspoon of salt in a glass of warm water and found that almost immediately helped me. I'm not sure about the diet club soda thou. Maybe do a bit of research but to my understanding anything labelled diet, or low fat etc is not good. Even "organic" I don't trust. Seems manufacturers jump on any band wagon according to which way society bends towards regarding food. But do try one of those pillows, not sure what they are called but you can put them in the microwave and heat them and place it on any part of your body that is causing you grief. I found that really helpful to me. My problem with aching muscles has disappeared for now so I hope this will be a simple solution for you too. All the best to you.

In this case I think what's good is the quinine, but tonic water is crazy high in sugar/carbs. So, the diet just gets rid of the sugar so one can get the quinine down My specialist at a teaching hospital recommended drinking 8 oz in the evening to help with any leg cramps from some medication I take.
