Default Foot reflexology?

Seems to be helpful but I find it hard to believe it myself. I am sure it has improved the tingling in my toes.

Funny thing though. To kill time at an airport I had a reflexology session which was very professional. You know how it hurts but not unbearably and then they will hit one spot that sends you through the roof? Well that spot was the same on both feet and when I opened my eyes and looked at the chart on the wall guess what? That extra painful spot had an arrow pointing to it and the word "PANCREAS". Cue Xfiles music...
