Trying to get back on track and a bit scared now. Going to try to go see an endo in the next few days never seen one what should I expect? Currently only saw my PCP and got my previous meds from him.

Can you tell us more about your situation? What were you doing when you were "on track" and what have you stopped doing? What are your numbers like and what medications are you taking?

We definitely need to know more about how you're doing... are you doing LCHF?

My endo experience was of little use and much less than expected. I went looking for answers with details of what thing(s) were malfunctioning on me and I went away with nothing. He did not want fasting on my first visit. My BG was 166 ~3 hours after breakfast on his office machine and he told me that did not mean that I was diabetic and then I showed him that my A1c had been in the 8's just a few months prior. He immediately told me then that I was a type 2 lean. Still no answers on my second visit and he did not believe in LCHF so I ditched him. He is the only one within 75-80 miles, so it wasn't like I'll find another soon and just stuck with my regular doc, who has become tolerant of my ways. I think most others have a better experience with their endo.
