Default Berberine

I can hear some of you sigh....

Has anyone tested this stuff "to the meter".

Is there any proof or suggestion from among our group as to whether it works and whether there is a trustworthy source?

Reaching perhaps,

James

This product has been discussed on this forum in several threads. I did a forum search for it and many threads came up. You might want to do the same and see what others in the past have said about it.

VeeJay is right - always try the Search button. Having said that, I did your homework for you anyhow - not sure if this search link will work, but give it a try: The Diabetes Forum Support Community For Diabetics Online - Search Results

I have seen at least one clinical trial on it, and the conclusion was it indeed does help. My DH gave me a pill and it indeed helped me.
Each is different. I haven't ordered my supplies of it yet. I'm scared of what's in the bottle, cause really food supplements have no regulation.

I did some research on Berberine months ago. It sounds like a potentially powerful and useful supplement.

However, the potential side effects (did I say it is powerful?) made me decide to give it a pass.

I am also passing on Berberine at this time.

If big pharma would put their name behind it for our type of use I would be more excited. Thanks for input.
