Default LEG CRAMPS--Fix

I have had leg cramps, in my sleep, that have lead to nasty injuries.
Mustard or Apple Cider Vinegar, you only need a teaspoon of either.
It cuts the cramps almost immediately.

I have heard others talk about the mustard connection, too. Whatever works.

Man, did I use to get leg cramps. Every night in my sleep I'd to get up and couldn't. The pain would be so bad I could not move. I got my BG 's under control and now I don't have any cramps. It might sound funny but if you bite your lower lip it helps.

Whey protein powder has magnesium and other electrolytes.

ACV and mustard apparently do not ...

I'll stick with my whey.

I am so happy it works for you.

The mustard and vinegar is usually no cost, cause it is already there.
It works for those of use who have limited resources.
