does anyone use Sitagliptin instead of metformin?

If it were me, I'd skip the other meds and go directly to insulin if I couldn't take metformin and diet wasn't enough.

Just curious, if your B12 is low because of the met, does supplementing with it, or B12 shots, raise it enough so you can continue with the met?

i take evening insulin.
yes the shots raised the B12 a bit. but over the last 3 months it has not raised it at all.
