If Santa could bring you one health related gift for Christmas, what would it be?

Think I've had this since 2003. Told I was Type 2 lean on 2/13/12.

All the cookies, sour dough bread & marmalade I want without a blood sugar spike....

A cure for schizophrenia and all the headaches that the anti-psychotic drugs give me (I suspect the headaches are a side effect...).
