Default Insurance Coverage Issues

Looking for some advice. Last year I went back on needles due to issues that I was having with my pump sites. During that time I moved and my 670G pump and pump supplies were lost(possibly tossed). I contacted Tandem to see if I could get the paperwork going for the TSlim X2 with the G6 but I was informed that I could not get one because my insurance company only deals with Medtronic. When I contacted Medtronic I was told that since my pump was still under warranty I could not get a new one until 2021 but I could get a loaner with a 90 day warranty for $3K out of pocket(not gonna happen).

Anyone have any advice on how to back on a pump without going broke?
