Ditto here.

Good work! Just nod and smile at your doc and wait a few more months for things to settle out.

Congrats on joining the 5% club!!

I am afraid I am going to get that statin lecture when I see the dr again in Dec. I quit the statin in June after then numbers had gone down (and the muscle pain up!). I'm pretty sure if my #'s are up he is going to want me back on it. Maybe in 6 months time (Jun -Dec) things will have settled down and any increase might not be too bad. I flat out refuse to take the statin again!! I will ask for another 6 months to prove what I am doing is working if he gets really pissy.
As has been mentioned, I will smile and nod my head, (but not take it).

Congrats on the 5.6% A1c. My lipids went up too but I'm going to ride it out and see if I can get tested for partial size before I go to worrying about it. I'm about 20-25 pounds lighter now than when I got tested last.

Congratulations & well done. Pity about the other numbers but hopefully they don't try and fix those to the detriment of bg.

Congrats Clea! Great numbers! I've gone through the whole routine with my doc and it just doesn't work to try to talk sense to the majority of them. The best you can do is smile and wave, smile and wave.

Ya, like that'll work. All they have to do is wave a piece or two of Rocky Road under your nose and ... Clea is toast!
