Default chromium and metformin together

What kind of supplements do you take to help your blood sugar?
I'm taking 2000 so total a day but I wanted to add in chromium too and maybe cinnamon. Is this too much to do you think?

You are taking 2000 mg of Metformin each day, correct? Cinnamon is a very good spice and does "even out" my blood sugar. However, I use it in cooking, not in pill form. Chromium hurt my stomach, so I don't use it. Try one, then the other in case your stomach doesn't like them.

i found these combo cinnamon and chromium at my local sams club. i take 2 or 3 with major meals, not with snacks. for myself at least it reduces large spikes.

But do you use it with metformin is what I'm wondering? I'm wondering if it too much to take metformin' chromium and cinnamon all together? I don't to go over kill anything and take too much of anything.

If you mean taking it at the same time all in one swallow, I probably wouldn't just because I know my stomach would protest. I would take them separately and check out the results.
