Are you still eating breads & pasta? Exercise doesn't do any good unless you stop eating carbs.

Or fruits or root veg. Makes a huge difference. Don't carb load as advised. We have some knowledgeable folks here who can advise on this forum.

I take pills not the shots. Also I never check before the workout. I check in the morning and at night before bedtime. Thanks everyone! I will use your comments.

Unless you control input the amount of carbs you will never will be able to control blood glucose, unless you inject insulin and then you will only gain weight and make your condition worse(If you inject a ton of insulin because high carb diet). The body doesn't care if the carbs come from "healthy" whole grains or fruits they all will convert to glucose. If you eat more that what your body can handle that with diabetes are very few. You will get high damaging blood glucose readings.

Uhhhhm, yeah.

As someone posted on another thread, we all must make changes in our lives, to do what works for us.

You might want to take a week or two to experiment with a lower carb diet. Since you asked here, what is wrong ...

If you are not willing to reduce your carb intake, you might want to change how you medicate, and try insulin. However, that also might lead to undesirable weight gain ... but the choice is yours.
