Default electronic carb counter's

hello all, i was told by my doctor that i really need to buckle down on counting my carb's for each meal. i have been researching and am looking for an electronic device that give's nutritional facts for restaraunt's and fast food chain's. i found website's that have all restaraunt nutrional fact's on everything but it come's in a book. the only one i could find was a carb counter by cohese? i saw were people were recommending the track3 by cohese but that one seem's to be out of stock. anyone have any advice on a electronic device that give's carb info on food's and restaraunt nutrition fact's? thank's a bunch!

Got a smart phone? There are apps galore out there for these very purposes.

And we'd like to ask if you'll click over to our Introductions board & tell us more about yourself and how you've been managing your diabetes these last few years.

I have an alternative solution: I eat so FEW carbs, at each meal, that I can count them on my fingers!
